Available plain or with a coating of breadcrumbs this superb, relatively dry gammon is created using one of our original recipes. Like all of our hams it is made using a whole pork leg combined with our own unique blend of curing salts and sugars. The subsequent slow-curing and cooking process results in a succulent and tender ham which tastes really great! We are very proud that our Finest Devon Ham was the recipient of a Silver Award at the 2005 Great Taste Awards held at Olympia, London.


A slowly roasted version of our Finest Devon Ham, this ham is second to none in terms of flavour. When sliced thickly it becomes the ideal ham for ploughman’s lunches or picnics.
