Great to look at and great to taste! This delicious sweet-cured ham is glazed with a combination of Demerara sugar and honey before roasting. The result is a fabulous subtle flavour so it came as no surprise to many that our Finest Devon Honey Roast Ham picked up a Gold Award at the 2005 Great Taste Awards. If ever a ham lent itself particularly to egg and chips it has to be this one!
